1. Bookings & Reservations
All tour bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit and written confirmation from Travel with Kev. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
2. Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due as agreed at the time of booking. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure may be eligible for a partial refund of the tour balance (excluding the deposit). Cancellations within 30 days of departure are non-refundable. Travel with Kev reserves the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings or circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund will be issued.
4. Travel Insurance
Travel with Kev strongly recommends that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure, covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal liability.
5. Liability
Travel with Kev acts as a tour organiser and is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during the tour. Participation in all activities is at the traveller's own risk.
6. Itinerary Changes
Travel with Kev reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety considerations, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always endeavour to provide the best possible alternative arrangements.
